mid-day reflect.

today started off great, woke up grabbed some breakfast on U at this chill Cafe. BTW I had (strawberry waffle, eggs, and OJ) <--- yum right. now about last night, chilled with an old friend. I think she was excited to see me. It's been a minute. One thing I learned about people, is that as much as they may act tough and that they're not thinking about you. They really are most of the time. Now you have those cold hearted people like me, who can erase a person from their life without breaking a sweat, but we are hard to come by. Not contradicting, anything I said before about progress and never taking steps backwards in life. But holding grudges solves nothing. FORGIVE, LEARN, but most importantly MOVE -------> FORWARD. Well until next time, people respect yourself and others. GOD is love. PEACE.

remembering Michael.

still can't get over that Michael is gone. So many celebrities are paying respects and remembering Mike as a pop icon. Where were these people when he needed them the most? Michael wasn't the easiest to understand, but he made great music and had an impact on so many people. WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. MUCH LOVE for MJ!

mid-day reflect.

sitting here at work. i woke up late last night, and i grabbed my phone and called shorty because she was on my mind, or whatever. Damn, maybe I just need a vacation from all this ish. if it aint one thing its another. sitting here switching contacts over from my phone to my Blackberry BOLD. yeah I had to get rid of T-Mobile, they be on some shit. But anyway I'm preparing myself for the fall and getting ready for what I AM SURE... will be a great year AT HU. These last few days I have focused more on the "family first" perspective. and i know everything will be str8. we all go thru certain things in life for a reason. and i strongly believe that God has a plan for all of us. and what's meant for us will be and what's not will pass us by. Life is way to short to consume yourself with stress and grief. rejoice and be happy, but most importantly thank the GOD above for all the things you have and are grateful for. AND tell the ones you love the most family or friend YOU love them as OFTEN as possible. well Im going to finish this day off at work at the other job and try to relax and try hit the gym later tonight lol. LOVE YALL. until, next time much peace and blessing. GOD IS LOVE. <3

Shaquille O'Neal Traded to Cavaliers

The Phoenix Suns agreed to trade center Shaquille O’Neal to the Cleveland Cavaliers, where the 15-time All-Star will team with the NBA's Most Valuable Player LeBron James.

The 7-foot-1 O’Neal will add a dominating presence inside for Cleveland. The Cavaliers had the NBA’s best record last season, then lost to Orlando in the Eastern Conference final as Magic center Dwight Howard averaged 25.8 points and 13 rebounds.

O’Neal, 37, has averaged 24.7 points and 11.2 rebounds over his 17-year career. He won three NBA titles with the Los Angeles Lakers and one with the Miami Heat, and was the league MVP in 2000.\

“If Shaq can play regularly, he is exactly what the Cavs need,” Hall of Fame center Kareem Abdul-Jabbar

*Back at it again. Last year, we had a ball. Can not wait to be in the YAYO again this year and do it all over again.

FRESH OFF TO PRESS. (insider) lls.

Now some people, don't enjoy when people take ideas or grasp a quick interest in something you've already done or something you are currently doing. Now me, I love to inspire people. I love haters. I love them ALL. If you can look at something in my life and want to resemble anything Im doing big or small. I must be doing something right. If you want to repeat the things I say I must be saying them right. If you want to buy the finest and look the best. I must be wearing it right. To each is own.

*But, words from a wise man. BE YOURSELF first.*

Fatal Metro Rail Accident in Washington, D.C. (my prayers are with these victims and their families.)

Six people were killed in a D.C Metro rail crash. The rush-hour collision on the busy Red Line injured dozens of people. Those killed include the operator of one train. It's the first fatal crash for the Metro train system since 1982. A rush-hour collision between two crowded trains on Washington's subway system killed at least six people this evening and injured dozens, trapping commuters in a stack of twisted rail cars that rescuers were still searching hours later. Witnesses say a train near the Ft. Totten station on the Metro's busy Red Line was rear-ended by another train, which climbed atop the stopped cars ahead of it, leaving a two-level snarl of debris. The operator of the approaching train, whose name was not immediately released, was among the dead, authorities said. Rescue workers propped up ladders to help survivors escape from the upper train cars. Seats from the smashed cars spilled out onto the track.

this funny feeling.

well... first off Happy Father's Day, there actually are some good dads out there in the world. BIG UPs to you.

Its 12:41 AM early Sunday Morning, I guess I should be out being as though its the weekend in all, but Im stuck indoors. Im sitting here and I got this empty ass feeling and I don't know if it's something or someone I'm missing. I could possibly be that I'm just letting small shit get to me like always. today was straight. got a fresh cut, worked out a little bit, and chilled until it was time for work. Never made it to the mall, though... damn. But umm yeah... really need my summer plans and vacations to come into play any given SUNDAY. the old shit is really starting to take toll on me. I guess Im still trying to adapt to letting shit go. Life is way too short to carry so much tension and stress. I have plans that must be carried out. the near future looks really good. Well until next time. Peace.

*God is Love*
